Murderer Attacks The "Grim Sleeper" in Jail
Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said Wednesday night. Antonio Rodriguez convicted of sexually assaulting and killing a 5-year-old girl. Recognized Lonnie Franklin Jr. broke free as he was being handcuffed by a deputy and punched Franklin a couple of times in the head. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore says Franklin is OK. Lonnie Franklin Jr. AKA "The Grim Sleeper" has been charged with the murders of 10 people in the California area. Antonio Rodriguez could face the death penalty for the murder of Desarie Saravi his girlfriend's 5 year old daughter six years ago.
